Privacy Policy
Last updated October 5, 2026
This policy explains what information SimplifyPC (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, by email, when you buy Plus, and in the SimplifyPC app.
The short version
- This website uses no cookies, ads or tracking tools.
- The SimplifyPC app doesn’t send your files, photos, browsing or personal details to us.
- If you email us, we keep your address and message. We never sell your information.
- Payments are handled by our reseller. Your card details never reach us.
1. This website
simplifypc.com has no forms, accounts, cookies, ads or tracking tools. Two services help show it to you:
- Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any web host, it handles your IP address and basic browser details to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.
- Google Fonts supplies the lettering. Your browser downloads the fonts from Google, so Google receives your IP address.
2. When you email us
If you write to [email protected] or ask for early access, we receive your email address and your message. We use them to read your message and, if you asked, to tell you when SimplifyPC launches. Messages are kept by our email provider. We don’t sell your address or share it with anyone for their marketing.
3. When you buy Plus
Purchases are handled by our reseller, which collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details to take the payment, charge the right tax and send your receipt and license key. Your card details go to the reseller and never reach us. The reseller shares with us what we need to provide Plus, such as your name, email address, country and order details. The reseller’s own privacy policy also applies.
4. The SimplifyPC app
The app works on your PC. It doesn’t send your files, photos, documents, browsing history or personal details to us. It keeps a record of the improvements it made so that Undo works, and that record stays on your PC.
Some improvements you can choose connect your PC to other companies:
- Installing Chrome or Firefox downloads it from Google or Mozilla. Adding the ad blocker downloads it from the Chrome Web Store or Firefox Add-ons.
- Blocking known scam and malware websites (Plus) switches your PC to Cloudflare’s free 1.1.1.2 DNS service. Your PC then asks Cloudflare for the address of each website it visits, so Cloudflare sees those website names. Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its 1.1.1.1 services applies, and Undo puts your old setting back.
- Desktop buttons for websites such as YouTube and Facebook open those sites in your browser, where their own privacy policies apply.
If we add online license checks or update checks to the app, we will update this page to explain what they send before that version is released.
5. Children
SimplifyPC is not aimed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
6. Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA may give you further rights. We keep emails only as long as we need them for the reasons above.
7. Changes to this policy
We’ll update the date at the top whenever this policy changes. Our Terms of Use explain the rest of our agreement with you.
8. Contact
Questions about privacy can be sent to [email protected].
